Adults of any fitness level, complete beginners, and experienced martial artists are all welcome. If you’re keen to learn authentic Chow Gar and build real skill step by step, you can train with us.

No. Our training is designed for complete beginners. We teach everything step by step, helping you build confidence, structure, and skill from day one.

For your first class, just wear comfortable workout clothing like a t-shirt and track pants or shorts. You don't need any uniform yet.

There’s no set timeline. We have 10 stages, with certificates instead of belts, and students grade only when their skill is genuinely ready.

Yes. Private sessions are available for students who want focused, personalized training and faster progress.

Our classes are for adults only. We don’t offer children’s training, as our system is physically demanding and designed for mature learners.
